EHS's business emerged from the private mortgage lending practice of Elliott & Harvey Solicitors established in 1975 and subsequently that of Lawloan Mortgages Pty Ltd. The business now owned by EHS has grown from small beginnings 30 years ago and has developed from its commitment to service to its clients and investors.
The Company was incorporated on 19 August 1999 and granted ASIC Dealers Licence No. 191413 on 9 December 1999. This Licence was replaced by ASIC Australian Financial Services Licence No. 244382 on 5 January 2004.
Based at Chevron Island, on Queensland's Gold Coast, EHS specialises in mortgage investment and affording investors the opportunity to obtain an excellent return on their investment in a secured mortgage.
The Company offers viable alternatives to investors not satisfied with receiving a substantially lower rate of return available with the major banks. All investments are free of fees including entry, exit or any other fees payable by the investor.
All investments are secured by a First Registered Mortgage over real property within Australia and EHS holds this mortgage on behalf of its investors.
The development, growth, implementation and maintenance of a “culture of compliance” are a high priority in EHS’s operations and in its staff training and development programs.
Independent audits of the Scheme, EHS and EHS’ compliance program are performed annually. These are separate audits undertaken by two independent auditors.
The staff are the company’s key with a very low level of staff turnover and a high standard of service maintained. Investors remain comfortable in communicating frequently with relevant staff members in respect of all aspects of their investments. Long term, loyal, confident and satisfied investors remain at the heart of the Company’s operations. |
